The precision of HW3232 is 0.1mm(4mil) with good electrical characteristics and smooth line edge.

The precision is hard to reach 0.2mm(8mil)or more because of the print quality limit which caused unsmoothed line edge.

Use large、high-speed、bull nc drilling; With high accuracy,high-speed,good quality.

Contour milling of internal and external special-shaped

Can finish internal and external special-shaped holes processing at one time, according to the saved origin. Size accurate, easy to operate .

Incorrect positioning of origin.Even use nc equipment, the shape and hole size accuracy still difficult to ensure .

Configurate V type flute milling machine, special process processing.

Maintainability

Only needs some routine maintenance of the equipment, it is simple and reliable.

The chemicals storage time is general 6~12 months, and it may be even shorter on the condition of ordinary laboratory temperature and humidity. High requirement for ph value ,etc. is needed in use. In order to ensure board-making effect, ph value should be often test and also be timely adjusted with ammonia or sulfuric acid for complying with the technology requirement . It’s hard to master for E-Professional.
