Equipment introduction
KN95 mask body making machine, also known as mask film making machine, it is used for automatic production of multi-layer material mask finished products. It can use 1-4 layers of KN95 PP spunbond non-woven fabric, activated carbon and filter materials. The whole machine is a line of automatic operation from raw material feeding to nose line insertion, edge sealing and cutting finished products. The equipment has the advantages of stable performance, high output, low defect rate and easy operation.
Material requirements of KN95 mask
160MM≤Width of the material ＜170MM, nose bridage: width:4-5mm, length: 80-85mm.
